How matching works
SplitVerde groups amounts by exact policy identifier. Multiple rows for the same policy are summed. It does not perform fuzzy matching or independently identify endorsements, renewals, or transaction dates.
Missing payment means an expected policy has no paid match. Unexpected payment means the carrier paid a policy not present in expected data.
Review the records
Compare policy identifiers across both sources, including formatting, punctuation, and leading zeros. Check whether a policy appears more than once and whether credits or reversals were included.
Make sure both files cover comparable carrier statement periods. A policy can legitimately appear in one period and not another.
Resolve and re-run
Correct source data or column mappings where necessary and upload the corrected files again. Review the individual issue labels before saving or sharing an export.
