Privacy Policy

SplitVerde (“we,” “our,” or “the service”) provides software for insurance commission reconciliation and producer payout workflows. This policy explains the information the service collects and how it is used. SplitVerde is under active development.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic identity information authorized through Google's sign-in process, such as your email address, name, and Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, associate your account with an agency workspace, and maintain access to the service. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google contacts.

When you use the service, we process information you enter or import, including carrier names, policy identifiers, commission amounts, expected and actual payments, producer records, compensation splits, reconciliation results, and payout information. These records may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. Only upload information you are authorized to process.

How we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in, maintain user sessions, protect access to workspaces, and respond to account requests. We use commission and producer information to perform reconciliations, flag discrepancies, generate reports, and support payout workflows. We do not sell Google sign-in information or use it for advertising.

Carrier statement uploads

For the current PDF review workflow, supported digitally generated PDF files are read in your browser to extract and review commission rows. The PDF document itself is not intentionally stored as an uploaded file by this workflow. When you save reconciliation results, normalized commission data and related records are sent to and stored by the service. CSV and other data you submit may likewise be processed and retained as structured reconciliation records.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and database services, Google for optional account sign-in, and Resend to deliver email sign-in codes. These providers may process the information needed to perform their services under their respective terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Security, retention, and your choices

We use authentication, access controls, and HTTPS to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Account and reconciliation records may be retained while needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational requirements, or comply with applicable law. If you need to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, contact us using the address below. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
