Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SplitVerde (“we,” “our,” or “the service”), an insurance commission reconciliation and producer payout management platform. By accessing or using SplitVerde, you agree to these terms. If you use SplitVerde for an agency or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your email and Google sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You must not attempt to access another agency's workspace or interfere with the service.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for data you upload or enter, including insurance policy, producer, and commission information. You represent that you have the necessary rights, notices, and permissions to process this data through SplitVerde. Do not upload information that you are prohibited from sharing or processing.

Reconciliation and payout results

SplitVerde provides software calculations and organizational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or insurance regulatory advice. Imported data, commission calculations, discrepancies, statements, and payout summaries may contain errors or depend on incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all amounts before relying on them or making payments. SplitVerde does not itself transfer producer compensation funds.

Availability and pricing

The service is under active development. Features may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Pricing displayed on the website is proposed; paid subscriptions and billing are not currently available. Any future paid terms will be communicated before a purchase is required.

Acceptable use

You may not use SplitVerde unlawfully, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer security controls, or disrupt the service or other users. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, or legal obligations.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SplitVerde is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
