Calculate policy-level producer payouts
Preview producer and agency shares using a saved reconciliation.

Select the inputs
First save a reconciliation, add producers, configure their effective splits, and assign the policies. Open Payouts, then Create from reconciliation.
Choose Saved reconciliation and Commission date, then select Calculate policy payouts.
Review calculated amounts
The table displays Policy, Carrier paid, Producer, Split, Producer preview, Agency retained, and Review. The producer amount is the carrier-paid commission multiplied by the applicable split, rounded to cents.
Review any Unassigned policy, No split effective on selected date, Overlapping split rules, Invalid producer split, or Negative payment warnings. Unresolved rows are excluded from producer and retained totals.
Save eligible policies
Owners and administrators can select Save eligible policies as pending batch when eligible rows exist. Only resolved, nonnegative policies are included.
The new batch is pending. SplitVerde does not send money.
