Producer statement PDF will not download or looks wrong
Fix PDF export, producer selection, and agency name issues.

Check the selected statement
Open Payouts → Producer statements. Choose a Payout batch, choose a Producer, and select View statement before using Download PDF.
Review the policy count, carrier paid, producer compensation, and batch status on screen before exporting.
Fix download problems
Try downloading again after refreshing the page. Allow the browser time to generate the file and check your Downloads folder. Try another current browser if the export remains blank or incomplete.
Use Download statement CSV as an alternative structured export while investigating a PDF-specific issue.
Fix the displayed name or amounts
If the agency name is wrong, use Edit profile and generate a new PDF. Previously downloaded files will not update.
If compensation is wrong, inspect the saved batch and source reconciliation. Saved payout batches preserve a snapshot; changing a split does not rewrite an existing batch.
