Assign policies to producers
Connect policy identifiers to producers for payout calculations.

Save an assignment
Open Producers, then Assign policies to producers. Enter Policy reference exactly as it appears in your saved reconciliation, choose Assigned producer, and select Save assignment.
The system ignores surrounding spaces and case when comparing policy references, but otherwise expects an exact match.
Update or remove assignments
Saving an existing policy reference with a different producer changes the assignment. Select Remove beside a policy to delete its assignment. Owners and administrators can make these changes.
Only one producer per policy is supported. The payout preview uses current assignments rather than historical assignment dates.
