Save, reopen, and export reconciliation reports
Find saved runs, export discrepancies, and understand deletion and usage limits.

Save the results
After loading valid expected and paid inputs, select Save reconciliation. The server validates both CSV inputs and stores the resulting policy-level reconciliation, not the original uploaded files.
Find saved reports
Select Reports or View saved history. Reconciliation history includes All reports, Needs review, and filename search. Select Open report to inspect policy rows, or Policy preview for a payout preview when relevant.
Export discrepancies
Select Export discrepancies CSV or Download discrepancies CSV. For an opened saved report, select Download saved discrepancies CSV. Exports include nonmatched policies with policy, expected USD, paid USD, difference USD, and status.
Limits and deletion
Independent Agent includes 1,000 saved runs; Agency includes 5,000. Saving the same records again counts as another run. History displays up to 100 recent results. Owners and admins may permanently delete reports to free slots; deleted reports cannot be recovered.
