Map policy and commission columns
Correct unfamiliar spreadsheet headers and save repeat carrier mappings.

When manual mapping appears
If SplitVerde cannot recognize spreadsheet column headings, the Map spreadsheet columns panel appears. It shows the original headers and a three-row preview.
Choose the correct fields
Choose Policy number column and Commission paid column (USD) from two different source columns, then select Use these columns. Verify the standardized preview against the original file.
Remember carrier mappings
Select a carrier before uploading its payment statement. When mapping manually, leave Remember this mapping for future uploads checked to save the original headings for that carrier.
To change remembered headings, open Carriers and then Manage CSV mappings. Saved mappings are applied only when the source headings match.
Advanced corrections
Advanced: edit normalized CSV lets you edit the standardized data directly. Changes affect the reconciliation. Verify the totals again after editing.
